RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your KB Design purchase! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping charges, within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition in which it was received. No returns/exchanges are accepted after seven (7) days of receipt, but a store credit will be issued. Store credit will be issued for any items returned within 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Please email hello@kbdesignhtx to request a return. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your jewelry. For your protection, please pack your return in the original box, insure your item and keep your shipping receipt. KB Design HTX is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping is not refundable.

Custom orders are not eligible for return.

ALL ETERNA JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL. Since the Eterna bracelet is a custom item, it is not eligible for return. Although permanent jewelry is designed to last, it does not mean that it is unbreakable. We will ensure that your Eterna is welded securely during your appointment, but if it is caught on something it may break! I will happily reweld your piece free of charge if necessary. Stretched or damaged chains may need to be replaced rather than repaired. KB Design HTX is not responsible for lost, broken, or damaged jewelry. If I am notified of any issues with a charm added to your Eterna within seven days of purchase, it will be eligible for a replacement at no charge; after seven days a small repair or replacement fee will be assessed.
