Because it is welded together, the chain does not need a clasp and you don't ever have to take it off, unless you want to! It's the ultimate friendship bracelet, so fun and easy and oh-so chic! You can add any of our exclusive diamond or gemstone charms or connectors if you'd like to add a little sparkle!

We use only the finest solid 14k gold and sterling silver chains. Since we want our Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ to last forever without tarnishing, we do not use silver/gold-plated or gold-filled chains or charms. Our exclusive charms are handcrafted of solid 14k gold with real diamonds and gemstones.

Life happens! Although permanent jewelry is made to last, chains may break if they get caught on something. No need to panic- just keep your chain and I will re-weld it for you free of charge. KB Design HTX is not responsible for lost, broken or damaged jewelry. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason, just snip it at the jump ring and I will re-weld it for you when you’re ready.

Since your Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ is solid 14k gold or sterling silver, you will not have any issues going through airport security.

You may be asked to remove your permanent jewelry for an MRI or surgery. If so, just snip it at the jump ring and save the chain, and your piece will be re-welded at no charge when you’re ready to put it back on!

ALL ETERNA PERMANENT JEWELRY™ SALES ARE FINAL. Since Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ is a custom item, it is not eligible for return. Although permanent jewelry is designed to last, it does not mean that it is unbreakable. We will ensure that your Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ is welded securely during your appointment, but if it is caught on something it may break! I will happily re-weld your piece free of charge if necessary. Stretched or damaged chains may need to be replaced rather than repaired.

KB Design HTX is not responsible for lost, broken, or damaged jewelry. If I am notified of any issues with a charm added to your Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ within seven days of purchase, it will be eligible for a replacement at no charge; after seven days a small repair or replacement fee will be assessed.

Minimum age for Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ is 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

All of our 14k gold and sterling silver is hypoallergenic and nickel free, although I don’t recommend permanent jewelry if you have ever had an allergic reaction to 14k gold or sterling silver.

We allow about 15-20 minutes per piece of permanent jewelry, so please let us know at the time of booking if your appointment is for more than one person so we can allot the proper amount of time. If you are planning on more than one piece of permanent jewelry please let us know so we allow enough time for your appointment.

No, there is no charge for bringing the Eterna Permanent Jewelry™ experience to your private event. There is a six bracelet minimum guarantee for events in the Houston area, and a ten bracelet minimum guarantee for events outside of Houston. For travel over 150 miles outside of Houston, a small travel fee will be assessed.

We need a sheltered area with access to an electrical outlet and room for the welder and a display of our gorgeous chains and charms. A table with two chairs is ideal but we can also set up on a kitchen counter or bar area, as long as there is room for two people to stand.

All in-stock jewelry will be mailed within 2-4 days; please allow 10-14 days for custom items or special orders.  Free shipping in US via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost- options are available at checkout.

I want you to be happy with your KB Design HTX purchase! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping charges, within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition in which it was received. No returns/exchanges are accepted after seven (7) days of receipt, but a store credit will be issued. Store credit will be issued for any items returned within 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Please email hello@kbdesignhtx to request a return. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your jewelry. For your protection, please pack your return in the original box, insure your item and keep your shipping receipt. KB Design HTX is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping is not refundable.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of KB Design HTX jewelry. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should need a repair on any KB Design HTX jewelry piece, please email hello@kbdesignhtx.com Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

All jewelry is handmade by Kelly Broesche in her Houston, Texas studio. It is shipped from the studio as well!
