Bronze Hair Pin

Jewelry for your hair! Our Hair Pins are a chic way to style your locks. Hand forged of 10 gauge bronze wire, the circle hair pins and French Pins have been hammered for texture and durability and are finished in a soft satin to bring out the natural golden hue of bronze.

The Circle Hair Pin is also available in an oval shape

Small:  Circle is 1-1/2 inches in diameter and stick is 3 inches long; recommended for thin/fine hair

Large: Circle is 2 inches in diameter and stick is 4 inches long; recommended for thick curly hair

Extra-Large: Circle is approximately 3 inches in diameter and stick is 4.5 inches long; recommended for thick curly hair that is long 

French pins add a chic look to your bun or chignon without any damage to the hair, and add soft waves without creasing once the pin is removed. 

Small French pin is 3 inches long

Large French pin is 5 inches long

To firmly secure the circle hair pin, wrap a small section of hair in a hair elastic, leaving two small sections loose. Cross the two sections of hair over the elastic to hide it. Place the circle on top of the section of hair, then push the hairpin above one side of the circle, through the hair, staying above the hair elastic, then above the circle on the other side.  Your style will stay in place all day! 

To firmly secure the French pin, twist hair into a bun or chignon, and push the pin through to secure. 

Bronze is an alloy of copper, which gives it a warm golden hue. All bronze used by KB Design is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Bronze will naturally patina over time, which gives it the appearance of being old. If this aged look isn’t for you, your hair pin can be brought back to its shiny golden hue with any copper polish.

Each piece is handmade by Kelly Broesche in her Houston, Texas studio, so slight variations in texture, shape and size may occur.
